How do I get started with your services?
Getting started is easy! Simply contact us to schedule an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your needs and how we can best support your business. If you have any drawings or photos that you can send, that is always extremely helpful.
Can you assist with initial budgeting?
Yes, following the initial consultation, we prepare a working budget so that you understand the final costs & values of each item / room. From there we can tweak as needed including upgrading to motorized and higher level control systems if so desired.
How do you ensure the security of my personal logins & data?
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. A spreadsheet is created and kept in separate digital folders witin our server so that only those technicians that need to access for servicing have access to these folders. They are also password protected & only saved on the cloud.
What makes your firm different from others?
We like to think that everything makes us different. You will find that right from the initial consultaton, we are very unique to our industry. For example we carry EVERY major brand so that your choices are not limited and products are selected based on fit, not because thats all we’ve got! From there, initial budgets are created and we break it down by treatment, room & really however you would like to see the numbers. Once you go ahead with your order, we meet every two weeks with our entire staff to go over EVERY project on the books. We discuss procurement & delivery issues, as well as do forecasting to ensure that the installation is booked immediately once the products arrive. If you need the install phased, we can do that too! An to cap it all off, we offer our “White Glove Service” to address any warraty and servicing issues for the first two years AT NO CHARGE! Hows that for different?
Do you offer progressive billing for longer term projects?
Absolutely. We provide full reporting as we progress thru the project so that we are only billing for the work being done. We also offer forecasting for future draws based on the timeline of goods arriving & rediness of the site to accept.
What types of control & interface software do you use?
Since we are a multi-line dealer, we offer all major brands for control of your window coverings & smart home systems. Control4, HUnter Douglas, Lutron, Somfy, AOK, Bliss, Neo, Mechoshade & Gaposa Just to name a few!
How do you charge for your services?
Our initial consultations are no charge. Whether “IN HOME” or in our showroom, we offer an hour of our time to meet with you in order to determine best products suited for the project. We then prepare a working budget for your review. Should you wish to proceed we can provide revisions, shop drawings & electrical drawings however a deposit is retained to cover time spent. Should you eventually proceed with the order, we apply a minimum of 50% of the initial fees towards the project.

We work in most markets; Residential, Multi-family, Builders, Designers, Developers, Architects, TI Contractors, Hotels, Restaurants, Government, Convention Centers, Sport Facilities, Clinics & Health Care. We have shipped cubicle curtains to Africa, hung drapery for royalty, installed blinds in jail cells, treated windows in church halls & chain sculptures in Calgary’s most prestigious facilities.
